Thank you for shopping with Cocoon the Label. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help. Please take a moment to review our returns policy outlined below:
1. Sale Items:
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, unless the item is deemed faulty. To initiate a return for a faulty sale item, please email a clear image of the fault to orders@cocoonthelabel.com prior to requesting a refund.
- Sale items include purchases made with discount codes.
2. Customer Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning items to us.
3. Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
- Items must be free of makeup stains, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- The store reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item may be retained by the store, and a refund will not be issued.
- If a returned item does not meet our standards, it can be sent back to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@cocoonthelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return request email.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Lost or Damaged Returns:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Cocoon the Label is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
